A $1.00 credit will appear on your account each month. Not receiving an electronic statement does not forgo your obligation to pay your account by the due date. If you change your account status back to a paper statement, the $1.00 per month credit no longer applies. Past due balances are subject to review and may not receive the credit. Credit balance refunds will not be issued for paperless billing credits.
